SMS program description
Renvori supports text messaging on behalf of participating local service businesses. Messages may relate to a customer's service request, missed call, estimate follow-up, scheduling, appointment coordination, or customer support.
Consent and message frequency
By providing appropriate SMS consent to a participating business, you agree to receive service-related text messages at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies depending on your request, estimate status, scheduling needs, and conversation. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out of future automated text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive additional automated SMS messages unless you provide consent again through an approved opt-in method.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact the local service business associated with your request using the contact information provided in your estimate, appointment information, or prior communications.
Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, and other factors outside Renvori's control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the messaging service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or harmful purposes. Participating businesses are responsible for using Renvori in compliance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, consent rules, and messaging policies.
Automated assistance
Some messages may be generated or assisted by automated systems or artificial intelligence. Automated responses are intended to help with routine customer-service tasks and may route a conversation to a human representative when appropriate.
Privacy
Your use of the messaging program is also subject to the Renvori Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service, carrier requirements, or applicable laws change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
